GoGrip – liquid grip for pole dance based on silica (better grip without excessive drying)
GoGrip is a specialist liquid grip for pole dance that improves hand grip on poles, handles, and aerial equipment. It works using silica (silicon dioxide), which absorbs excess moisture and leaves a delicate matte film on the skin. This gives you a more secure grip, better control, and safer training – without the messy white residue typical of classic powdered chalk.
Unlike magnesium carbonate–based chalk, GoGrip is gentler on the skin (it does not dry the skin aggressively), dries quickly, and spreads evenly. It is a great local alternative to Dry Hands – working in a very similar way while remaining easily available and affordable.
Recommended for: beginners, people with dry skin, and also those with atopic dermatitis (eczema).
How it works: creates a light, stable film on the skin – improves friction without making the hands “sticky”.
Gentle on the skin: does not block the natural process of adapting your hands to the metal surface, making it suitable for regular training.
Possible downside: it may be too mild for very sweaty hands.
Recommended as a starting grip: GoGrip is also suitable for people with very dry skin or atopic dermatitis.
Why choose GoGrip instead of classic chalk?
Gentle for the skin – silica absorbs sweat but does not remove moisture as aggressively as magnesium carbonate.
Clean application – no visible white stains on clothes; leaves a light, almost invisible film on the hands.
Does not replace natural grip – it supports grip instead of replacing it (unlike very sticky grips like Monkey). Your hands can still work and strengthen naturally.
Universal use – suitable for chrome poles, powder-coated poles, and stainless steel poles.

How to use GoGrip (step-by-step guide)
Wash and thoroughly dry your hands. Apply to clean, dry hands – preferably just before warm-up.
Use a few drops and spread a thin layer. Too much product reduces effectiveness.
Wait until the product dries (a few seconds).
During training, if your hands sweat heavily, wash them and reapply a thin layer or use Go Stick for stronger grip.
After training, wash your hands with soap and water and apply a moisturizing cream with emollients.

Is GoGrip actually chalk or something different?
GoGrip is a liquid grip (a product that increases grip). Its main ingredient is silica. It is not classic chalk based on magnesium carbonate powder, although it serves a similar purpose – improving grip and reducing hand slippage on the pole.
How should GoGrip be applied and how much should be used?
GoGrip should be applied to clean, dry hands just before training or warm-up. A small amount – just a few drops – is enough to improve grip.
Does GoGrip leave white marks on hands, clothes, or the pole?
GoGrip is much cleaner to use than classic chalk. It leaves a light, almost transparent film on the hands.
Does GoGrip last for the entire training session?
The duration depends on training intensity and skin type. If your hands sweat heavily, it is best to wash them and apply the product again.
Is GoGrip safe for the skin?
The product is based on silica, which is generally neutral for the skin. However, it contains alcohol, which may cause mild dryness in some cases.
Can GoGrip be combined with other grip products?
Yes. You can apply a thin layer of GoGrip first and then add another grip product if needed.
How long does one bottle last?
With regular training 2–3 times per week, one bottle usually lasts around 2–3 months.
How should you clean your hands and the pole after training?
After training, wash your hands with soap and water and apply a moisturizing cream. The pole should be cleaned with a mixture of water and alcohol.
Is GoGrip suitable for sweaty hands?
It works well for light to moderate sweating. For very sweaty hands, classic chalk may be more effective.
Why is GoGrip cheaper than other grip products?

The delivery cost depends on the type and quantity of the ordered products. The exact delivery price is always visible in the cart before placing the order.
If your order contains both small items and large ones (e.g. poles, mats, aerial hoops), you will pay only for the delivery of the larger products — we will pack the smaller ones together with them so that you do not incur additional costs.
