Important Information for Customers from Europe
If you are purchasing a pole dance pole from outside Poland or from another European country, we strongly recommend choosing our newer and more intuitive model:
Flex Pole – next-generation removable pole .
Flex Pole was designed to minimize installation errors and provide a much smoother experience for customers buying equipment remotely.
Why this model is not recommended for international customers
This pole is based on an older, classic pressure-mounted construction that requires precise installation and a good technical understanding of how the expansion system works. In practice, it is very easy to install it incorrectly, especially during the first setup.
From our experience, many reported issues are not caused by a product defect but by incorrect installation. When the product is purchased internationally, explaining these details remotely can be difficult, even with photos or videos. Language barriers and technical nuances often lead to frustration on both sides.
This model does not tolerate installation mistakes. It requires accuracy, patience, and prior experience with pressure-mounted poles.
Our recommendation
If you are ordering from outside Poland, do not have experience with pressure-mounted poles, or simply want a more forgiving and user-friendly solution, we strongly recommend choosing Flex Pole. It offers a more intuitive setup, greater stability, and significantly fewer post-installation issues for international customers.
Powder-Coated Modular Pole Dance Pole – Perfect for Beginners
M-pole modular pole dance pole is the best choice for anyone just starting their pole journey. Thanks to its hypoallergenic powder-coated finish, it’s completely safe for sensitive skin and for people with a nickel allergy. It combines an affordable price, solid quality, and a practical design that makes home training comfortable.
Allergy-friendly pole dance pole
Powder coating prevents direct contact between your skin and the metal, including nickel. That’s why the pole is safe for allergy sufferers, and the surface is comfortable to the touch and resistant to damage.
Static and spinning modes
The pole comes with static and spinning modes. Switching is done by loosening the screws at the base using an Allen key. It’s a simple solution that adds variety to your training and helps you learn new moves.
Silicone protection for floor and ceiling
The base plate and ceiling dome are finished with white silicone that protects your floor and ceiling from scratches. This keeps installation safe and prevents surface damage.
Interchangeable ceiling mounting option
You can choose your setup – the pole can be installed using a non-fixed ceiling plate or a permanent mount. This convenient option makes repeated installation much easier. Importantly – only the mount is permanently attached to the ceiling, while the pole can be removed at any time.
Affordable price – ideal for beginners
A modular pole is the most budget-friendly option on the market in the pole dance category, while still delivering full safety and quality. It’s perfect for home training. If you train intensively, we recommend a standard one-piece pole: standard one-piece pole.
What’s the difference between a modular pole and a one-piece pole? (video at the bottom of the page)
One-piece pole (professional):
- No joints – no risk of loosening during use.
- Locking screw with a spring end – helps prevent the pole from loosening.
- Double-row bearing – provides better stability.
- Mode switching via a pin.
- Solid construction – recommended for professional use and studios.
- Ceiling plate with an adjustable bearing – adapts to uneven ceilings, keeping the pole stable and quiet.
- Available diameters: 42 mm and 45 mm.
- Material: stainless steel, polished or painted.
- Price: higher (from 1200 PLN and up) – in return you get professional quality and durability.
Modular pole (for beginners):
- Has joints – they may loosen during intensive use (it’s worth checking the assembly regularly).
- Locking screw at the top – may loosen with intensive use (it’s worth checking the assembly regularly).
- Thrust bearing – less stable than a double-row bearing.
- Mode switching requires loosening screws (sometimes two).
- Ceiling plate with a thrust bearing – if your ceiling is uneven, the bearing won’t adjust, which may cause noise. In that case, we recommend the self-adjusting permanent mount.
- Diameter: available only in 45 mm.
- Material: steel (the chromed version is more slippery and warms up more slowly), while the powder-coated version is grippier.
- Price: lower (from 480 PLN and up) – a great option for home use.
- Returns available – if the pole doesn’t fit, you can return it.

Installing the modular pole dance pole
Assembling and disassembling the set (floor base + large ceiling plate) is very straightforward. You can do it yourself by following these 5 steps:
- Place the floor base on the ground where you want to install the pole.
- Choose the extensions that match your room height, then screw them together.
- Unscrew the expansion thread from the last extension, slide on the top plate, then tighten the thread until the pole is firmly secured between the ceiling and the floor.
- Tighten the locking nut to prevent the pole from loosening.
- To switch to spin mode, remove the screw at the base using the Allen key. The screws must be fully removed.
Every pole comes with an assembly manual and the necessary tools (Allen keys). If you’re worried you won’t manage, watch the video showing how to install the pole yourself – it should clear up any doubts — instructional video.
For pole dance studios we recommend one-piece poles:

What’s the difference between a polished pole and a powder-coated pole?
A polished (chromed) pole is more slippery and gives you that classic feel during training. It’s a great choice for people who prefer a traditional grip. A powder-coated pole offers more grip, which helps beginners feel stable faster. Keep in mind, though, that this finish isn’t for everyone – some people may find it too sticky. That’s why it’s best to check in advance whether this type of finish feels right for you.
-
What diameters are available for painted poles?
In the modular version, painted poles are available only in a 45 mm diameter. If you’re looking for a 42 mm option, you’ll find it in one-piece poles, which come in both 42 mm and 45 mm.
-
What’s the difference between a one-piece pole and a modular pole?
A one-piece pole is a professional solution – it has no joints, so it’s more stable and durable. It’s the best option for pole dance studios and intensive use. A modular pole has a sectioned design, which makes it easy to transport and quick to install at home. Its advantage is the lower price; the trade-off is that you need to check the joints and re-tighten them if you train often. It’s a good option for getting started and for home workouts.
-
Can the pole be extended with additional extensions?
Yes, you can add extensions to fit higher ceilings. The maximum height you can reach is around 320 cm. For heights above 3 metres, we recommend using the permanent mount to maintain proper stability and safety during training.
-
Why is the adjustment thread visible on painted poles?
On painted poles, we don’t use a cover for the adjustment thread. This means that after installation, 5–10 cm of thread may remain visible, depending on your ceiling height. It doesn’t affect safety and is a normal feature of this pole design.
-
Can I return the pole if I have a suspended ceiling or the height doesn’t fit?
Yes, you can return any modular pole if it hasn’t been used. You’re fully entitled to do so; the only cost you cover is the return shipping. This way you can order with confidence and check whether the pole will fit your space.
-
Is a modular pole suitable for intensive use?
A modular pole is recommended mainly for beginners and home use. It’s designed for safe training, but it isn’t intended for very intensive use like in pole dance studios. For professional-level training, one-piece poles are recommended.
-
How do I clean a powder-coated pole?
A powder-coated pole is best cleaned with a 50/50 alcohol and water solution or with alcohol alone. The coated surface is durable, and alcohol won’t damage the paint. Avoid using large amounts of water, though – under the coating there is black steel, and excess moisture could cause issues over time.
-
What does it mean that the pole is hypoallergenic?
A powder-coated pole is nickel-free. That’s exactly why it won’t trigger allergies – neither for people who already have a nickel allergy nor for those who might develop one after long-term exposure. It’s a smart choice for anyone with a nickel allergy, and for anyone who wants to avoid it in the future.
-
What colours are painted poles available in?
Painted poles are available in three colour options: white, black, and pink. It’s worth noting that only the pole itself is painted, while the top and bottom bases remain in the original chromed colour.
