• Ceiling plate with thrust bearing — won’t self-adjust on uneven ceilings, which can cause noise; for that case we recommend a self-aligning fixed mount

• Material: black steel with chrome finish, slightly slicker and slower to warm up than stainless — therefore a bit less grippy

Installing the foldable pole dance pole
Assembly and removal with the floor base and large ceiling plate is very straightforward. Do it yourself in five steps
- Place the lower base on the floor where you want the pole
- Choose and screw together the extensions to match your ceiling height
- Extend the tension thread from the top section, fit the ceiling plate, and tighten until the pole is braced between floor and ceiling
- Tighten the locknut to prevent loosening
- Change spin/static at the base by removing the set screw with the Allen key. Screws must be fully removed

Foldable powder-coated poles are available in a 45 mm diameter only. If you’re looking for a 42 mm version, this size is available in the one-piece poles, which come in both 42 mm and 45 mm options.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A ONE-PIECE POLE AND A FOLDABLE POLE?
A one-piece pole is a professional-grade solution — it has no joints, which makes it more stable, durable, and ideal for studios or heavy training. A foldable (multi-section) pole, on the other hand, is modular and easy to assemble, disassemble, and transport. It’s perfect for home use and beginners due to its lower price and portability. However, the joints should be checked and tightened regularly if you train frequently.

CAN I EXTEND THE POLE WITH ADDITIONAL SECTIONS?
Yes – you can extend your pole using extra extension pieces to fit higher ceilings, up to about 320 cm. However, for ceilings over 3 meters, we strongly recommend a permanent ceiling mount to maintain full stability and safety during intense pole dance workouts.

WHY IS THE THREAD VISIBLE ON POWDER-COATED POLES?
Powder-coated poles do not have a cover for the adjustment thread, so 5–10 cm of the threaded section may remain visible after installation, depending on ceiling height. This is a normal design feature and has no impact on the safety or functionality of the pole.

CAN I RETURN THE POLE IF IT DOESN’T FIT MY CEILING OR I HAVE A SUSPENDED CEILING?
Yes – you can return any unused foldable pole. You only cover the cost of return shipping. This gives you peace of mind when ordering, so you can check whether the pole fits your space without risk.

HOW DO I CLEAN A POWDER-COATED POLE?
The best way to clean a powder-coated pole is with a 50/50 mix of alcohol and water — or pure alcohol. The coating is durable and resistant to alcohol cleaning. Avoid using excessive water, as the core of the pole is made of steel, and prolonged exposure to moisture could cause internal damage.
