To fully benefit from its functionality, it is important to choose the correct pole length. When calculating the height, remember that:
essential accessories (swivel and 2 carabiners) take up approximately 30 cm.
A crash mat with an average thickness of 10 cm is recommended during training.
For safe use, the distance from the end of the pole to the floor should be 5 cm.

Therefore, calculate the pole length using the formula: ceiling height – 45 cm = correct pole length. In the order notes, please specify the length to which the pole should be cut!
