GoStick – adhesive spray supporting other pole dance and aerial grip products (rosin + alcohol)
GoStick is a strong adhesive spray based on rosin and alcohol, created especially for pole dance, aerial hoop, and aerial silks.
Its purpose is to provide additional stickiness where a drying grip (such as Sahara or GoGrip) may not be enough.
You can use it on its own for aerial disciplines (for example silks), or treat it as a “booster” for other grip products – allowing you to achieve an effect similar to green Monkey Hands by combining dryness and stickiness during one training session.

How should GoStick be used on its own? (Aerial sports)
Apply a small amount directly to the skin – hands, knees, elbows, or thighs. After drying, the product creates a sticky film that provides strong grip even without additional products.
Can GoStick be combined with other grips? (Pole dance)
Yes – this is its biggest advantage. When used together with chalk (for example Ocun) or silica-based grips (such as GoGrip or Sahara), it enhances the effect by combining dryness and stickiness. In this way it works similarly to green Monkey Hands, providing double grip support.
Who is GoStick intended for?
GoStick is designed for people who need extra adhesion due to weak grip strength. If your hands sweat, chalk or a silica-based grip should be the base solution. However, if your main issue is difficulty holding onto the pole due to weak grip strength, GoStick helps you “stick” better and gain more stability.

The delivery cost depends on the type and quantity of the ordered products. The exact delivery price is always visible in the cart before placing the order.
If your order contains both small items and large ones (e.g. poles, mats, aerial hoops), you will pay only for the delivery of the larger products — we will pack the smaller ones together with them so that you do not incur additional costs.

M-pole ships not only within Poland, but also to all countries in Europe and most countries worldwide — including large products. The delivery price will appear directly in the cart after adding the selected items. The system will automatically update the shipping cost.
