Aerial yoga hammock width 260 - 270 cm – stretch out comfortably with no limits

During yoga practice – provides better body support, increasing comfort and stability in various poses, especially those requiring balance and safety, including acrobatics and inverted positions.
For sensory therapy a wide aerial yoga hammock allows for a deeper cocooning effect. Children and individuals with sensory processing challenges often benefit from a “hug-like” sensation that helps calm the nervous system and regulate emotions. The wider fabric wraps around the body more securely, creating that supportive feeling.

Low vertical stretch aerial fabric – no sinking or instability

During yoga practice – ensures stability and control while performing poses, allowing precise and safe asana practice without excessive swinging or fabric collapse.
In sensory therapy a low-stretch hammock offers more predictable and stable support. Children with sensory needs often require consistent pressure on the body, which helps regulate their nervous system. Highly stretchable fabric could disrupt that sense of stability and control.

Adjustable hammock height – up to half a meter thanks to two knotting methods

2 hammock knotting methods

Before first use, choose your preferred knotting method and adjust the hammock length so that the lowest part of the fabric sits around the waist/hip level of the user. The fabric is pre-tied with a rescue knot before shipping. The carabiner is packed separately and should be attached to the knots.

Easy-care aerial yoga hammock

The fabric can be machine washed at temperatures up to 40°C without using fabric softener. Before washing, untie the knots and remove carabiners and hardware. Worried you won’t be able to tie it again? Below you’ll find a video tutorial showing exactly how to do it. Trust me, you’ve got this ;)

The set does not include ceiling mount, which must be purchased separately. Remember that the hammock must be tied correctly to ensure safe training. For your safety, we pre-tie the knots for you.

Mounting method depending on ceiling type.

Concrete ceiling – installation involves attaching a ceiling mount using concrete anchors. Chemical anchors can also be used.
Wooden ceiling – attach the mount using wood screws.
Wooden beam – you can loop the sling over the beam or use wood screws. If drilling into the beam, make sure it is not structural (supporting the roof). Structural beams must not be modified.
Steel beam – you can loop the sling over the beam or attach a mount if the beam is non-structural.
Suspended ceiling – mounting directly to a suspended ceiling is not allowed. You must cut an opening and attach the mount to the structural ceiling above.

If you are unsure how to properly install an aerial hoop, silk or other aerial equipment, contact us. The above methods are only suggestions. The installer is responsible for choosing the correct mounting solution based on conditions.

Recommended fabric lengths:

4 m — room height 2 - 2.3 m
5 m — room height 2.4 - 2.7 m
6 m — room height 2.8 - 3 m
for higher ceilings use additional straps Daisy Chain or rope.

If the hammock will be used by a shorter child, we suggest choosing a version about one meter longer so they can climb onto the fabric comfortably. If shortening the working length later becomes necessary, extra fabric will be needed for knotting.

Important knotting notes!

We prepare the fabric so it can be used as a hammock, however the knots are not tied permanently or tightly! They are loosely tied and before first use you must adjust the fabric length and retie them to suit your needs. Always check that knots are tied correctly and adjust the hammock to your ceiling height before use. We are not responsible for knots becoming undone, whether tied by us or by the customer.
During use and heavy wear the fabric may loosen at the knots. Always check knot tension. If less than 20 cm of fabric remains from the knot, retie and tighten the knots securely.

Once your order is processed, we hand the complete and secured package to the courier, who will deliver it to the address you provided. From that moment, the delivery time depends on the carrier. We work only with trusted couriers and know the approximate delivery times:

Delivery cost at M-pole

The delivery cost depends on the type and quantity of the ordered products. The exact delivery price is always visible in the cart before placing the order.

If your order contains both small items and large ones (e.g. poles, mats, aerial hoops), you will pay only for the delivery of the larger products — we will pack the smaller ones together with them so that you do not incur additional costs.

M-pole ships not only within Poland, but also to all countries in Europe and most countries worldwide — including large products. The delivery price will appear directly in the cart after adding the selected items. The system will automatically update the shipping cost.
