How to install the ceiling mount
For concrete, stone or brick, use sleeve anchors with a minimum length of 5 cm (7–10 cm recommended). For wooden beams, choose wood screws. You may additionally use chemical anchor before fixing the sleeves. The type and size of anchors/screws must be selected to match your ceiling specification
Important safety guidelines
Attention Never attach slings, straps, tapes or ropes directly to the eyelet. Always use a carabiner to connect your strap or rope to the mount. Before and after each session, carefully inspect straps and ropes, especially at contact points with metal hardware
Note that contact between metal parts can produce a black residue over time — this is a normal effect of steel-to-steel friction and is not a product defect

IS THE CEILING MOUNT STRONG AND SAFE? WILL IT HOLD SECURELY?
Absolutely. The mount is made of high-grade, powder-coated steel for maximum strength and corrosion resistance. When installed correctly, it’s virtually impossible for it to “tear out.” However, the key to safety lies in proper installation and using the right fixing hardware (anchors, bolts, or screws) suited to your ceiling material. When mounted with professional-grade fasteners, it ensures complete stability even under heavy dynamic loads.

HOW DO I INSTALL THE MOUNT ON A CONCRETE OR WOODEN CEILING?
For concrete, solid brick, or stone ceilings, use expansion sleeve anchors (minimum 5 cm, ideally 7–10 cm deep). To increase the strength of the installation, you can also apply chemical concrete adhesive (resin) inside the drilled holes before inserting the anchors. For wooden beams, use heavy-duty wood screws rated for the load-bearing capacity of your ceiling and the aerial equipment you plan to use.Remember: You’re responsible for assessing your ceiling’s structural integrity and ensuring proper installation – either by hiring a qualified installer or performing the setup yourself with the correct materials. A properly installed mount will remain completely safe and secure during all aerial and pole fitness activities.

Delivery Time
Once your order has been packed, we hand over the complete and secured parcel to the courier, who will deliver it to the address you provided. From that moment, the delivery time depends on the carrier. We only work with trusted delivery companies and know the estimated delivery times:
- GLS – next business day delivery
- DPD – up to 2 business days
- Parcel lockers – next business day
- Orlen Parcel – up to 2 business days
- AMBRO – up to 3–5 business days

Delivery cost at M-pole
The delivery cost depends on the type and quantity of the ordered products. The exact delivery price is always visible in the cart before placing the order.
If your order contains both small items and large ones (e.g. poles, mats, aerial hoops), you will pay only for the delivery of the larger products — we will pack the smaller ones together with them so that you do not incur additional costs.

M-pole ships not only within Poland, but also to all countries in Europe and most countries worldwide — including large products. The delivery price will appear directly in the cart after adding the selected items. The system will automatically update the shipping cost.
Most of our products can be ordered directly through the website. However, if a product is not available or your country does not appear in the shipping list, contact us — provide your postal code and city name, and we will check the shipping options and cost for your location.
