In our range, you’ll find every solution: from easy-to-install pressure-mounted poles, through exceptionally stable permanently mounted poles, to mobile stage poles, removable pole dance poles and professional one-piece pole dance poles.

Every pole dance pole is made in Poland – in our family-run production facility – which guarantees top quality, durability and safety even under intensive use.

Our story – from a garage to our own production hall

Back in 2012, it was practically impossible to buy a pole dance pole in Poland. That’s why we imported our first 50 budget-friendly removable poles from China – and that’s how our journey began. Those poles, together with pole dance crash mats, marked the start of sales in our store and the first home training sessions for many dancers.

Over time, that was no longer enough for us. We decided to create something better. First, we started producing our own one-piece poles in a garage – simple, but solid. Then we invested in professional machinery and expanded our production facility.

Today, our poles are made in Poland, and their quality is appreciated by pole dance enthusiasts, studio owners and competition organisers alike.

What makes us different? Innovation created together with our customers. We listen to your feedback, introduce functional improvements, and thanks to that, we offer solutions you won’t find anywhere else. That’s exactly why so many dance studios choose M-Pole – because we know what equipment for everyday, intensive training should look like.

FAQ – frequently asked questions

FAQ – frequently asked questions about pole dance poles

Which pole dance pole diameter should I choose?

The pole diameter plays a key role in training comfort and safety. The standard 45 mm diameter is the most common choice for home users, as it complies with the requirements of most competitions. The 42 mm diameter, on the other hand, is a better option for people with smaller hands or those who prefer a more secure grip. Beginners often choose a 42 mm pole to maintain stability more easily, while more advanced dancers go for 45 mm to better recreate competition conditions. The right diameter depends primarily on your personal preferences and the type of training you plan to do.

Pressure-mounted or permanently mounted pole – which one should you choose?

The choice between a pressure-mounted pole and a permanently mounted pole depends on the installation space and the level of stability you expect. A pressure-mounted pole is an excellent option for apartments and rented spaces because it does not require drilling into the ceiling. Installation is simple, and the pole can be quickly removed and moved if needed. A permanently mounted pole, on the other hand, is recommended for dance studios and intensive training, where maximum stability is required. If you cannot drill into the ceiling, a freestanding stage pole is a great alternative, as it does not require any changes to the room structure.

Can I install a pole in an apartment with a suspended ceiling?

Yes, but in this case appropriate installation solutions are required. Standard pressure-mounted poles are not suitable for suspended ceilings because they do not have a proper support point. In such situations, we recommend choosing a permanently mounted pole, installed directly into the ceiling’s structural elements. In some cases, it may be necessary to cut an opening in the suspended ceiling to access the supporting structure. Alternatively, you can choose a stage pole, a freestanding pole dance pole that can be placed anywhere. If you have a suspended ceiling, check our guide.

What is the difference between a chrome, powder-coated and stainless steel pole?

Each type of pole finish has its own advantages. Chrome poles are slightly more slippery at first, but with use their surface becomes easier to work with. Powder-coated poles have a lightly grippy surface, which is especially useful in cooler rooms. Stainless steel poles offer exceptional grip and can be polished, which means even minor scratches can be restored to their original appearance. The right finish depends on your personal preferences and the conditions in which you plan to use the pole.

Can I install the pole myself?

Yes, all M-Pole poles are designed for simple installation that does not require specialist tools. Every pole comes with clear step-by-step instructions to make installation easier. Pressure-mounted models can be installed without drilling, while permanently mounted poles require only basic tools. Even people with no installation experience can handle setting up our products thanks to their intuitive design solutions.

How do I care for my pole dance pole so it lasts for years?

To keep your pole dance pole in great condition for a long time, it should be cleaned regularly with isopropyl alcohol or dedicated cleaning products that remove sweat, dust and other residue. It is also important to periodically check the condition of the bearings and moving parts, lubricate them and replace them when necessary. Avoid storing the pole in damp places that may encourage corrosion. With proper care, your pole will remain stable and safe to use for many years.

Can I order a pole in a custom height?

Yes, at M-Pole we offer custom-made poles. Standard models are available up to 4 metres high, but on request we can produce constructions up to 5 metres. We also offer reinforced pole versions designed for dance studios and competitions, as well as a wide selection of accessories and mounts to match the product to your needs.
