The construction is built around a wide platform with a diameter of approximately 210 cm, providing a large contact surface with the floor and excellent stability – even during dynamic tricks and exotic choreography. The platform is available in a non-slip version for classic training, or in raw plywood – recommended for heels choreography and stage performances.
Quick switch between spin and static – pin system
The stage pole features a quick static/spin mode change system using a pin. No unscrewing bolts, no tools, no interrupting your flow. With one simple hand movement, you can switch modes instantly – giving you complete comfort during everyday training and live performances.
Expandable with an aerial hoop – one stage, more possibilities
The M-pole Stage pole is not a closed system, but a modular training setup. At any time, you can add a lollipop-style aerial hoop fully compatible with the structure. The additional cost for the hoop is relatively low compared to other stores, allowing you to expand your stage into an aerial hoop setup without investing in a separate system.
In practice, this means one construction lets you train both classic pole dance and aerial hoop – without buying two separate systems.
Super Poler finish – industrial-grade surface quality
Our poles are not standard chrome with random surface structure. Each pole undergoes a premium industrial Super Poler finishing process, with surface roughness measured using professional equipment. We achieve a level of approximately Ra 0.04 µm – a precision metal finishing standard used in industry.
This ensures an even surface along the entire length of the pole, delivering consistent grip while being gentler on the skin – without harsh micro-irregularities that often cause irritation with lower-quality poles.
Custom height adjustment
The M-pole Stage pole is a custom-made product. Each set is cut to match the client’s ceiling height, ensuring a perfect fit for your space. For lower ceilings, components can be shortened without compromising the overall stability of the system.
Transport wheels – convenience on stage and in the studio
You can add lockable transport wheels to the stage, making it significantly easier to reposition the heavy structure. This allows you to quickly set up on stage, adjust placement in your studio, or roll it off stage after a performance – without lifting the entire system. Once locked, the stage remains stable and secure.

Does the Stage pole require installation to the ceiling or floor?
No. The construction is fully freestanding and based on a wide, stable platform. There’s no need to drill or interfere with the building structure, which makes the stage perfect for apartments, studios and rented spaces.
Can I add a lollipop-style aerial hoop to this stage?
Yes. The M-pole Stage is modular and compatible with an aerial hoop. You can purchase the hoop at any time for a relatively small additional cost compared to other stores. This allows one structure to support both pole dance and aerial hoop training.
After adding the hoop, can I still use the classic pole dance configuration?
Yes. The hoop is interchangeable. You can switch back to the pole dance configuration at any time or alternate between pole and aerial hoop – without purchasing a second stage.
How does the spin/static mode change work?
The mode change operates via a pin system. No tools and no unscrewing are required. With one simple hand movement, you can switch between static and spinning mode – extremely convenient during training and performances.
Is the pole too slippery?
M-pole poles are finished using Super Poler technology and have an industrially measured surface roughness of approximately Ra 0.04 µm. This ensures an even surface along the entire length, providing stable grip and being gentler on the skin compared to low-quality poles with inconsistent finishes.
Can the height be adjusted to my space?
Yes. Each stage is personalized and cut to match your ceiling height. If the standard length doesn’t fit, the construction components are shortened to ensure the entire system fits safely within your space.
Is the construction heavy to move?
The stage is solid and stable, but you can add lockable transport wheels. These make it easy to reposition the structure in the studio or on stage and roll it away after performances. Once locked, the stage remains stable.
Is the platform suitable for exotic pole and heels choreography?
Yes. You can choose the raw plywood platform version, which works perfectly for exotic choreography. A non-slip version is also available for classic training.
Is the stage suitable for dynamic tricks and intense movement?
Yes. The large platform diameter (approximately 210 cm) ensures excellent stability and safety even during dynamic sequences, jumps and strength-based tricks.

Yes. The M-pole Stage is a personalized product prepared according to the client’s dimensions. We strongly recommend providing your room height when placing the order.

The delivery cost depends on the type and quantity of the ordered products. The exact delivery price is always visible in the cart before placing the order.
If your order contains both small items and large ones (e.g. poles, mats, aerial hoops), you will pay only for the delivery of the larger products — we will pack the smaller ones together with them so that you do not incur additional costs.

M-pole ships not only within Poland, but also to all countries in Europe and most countries worldwide — including large products. The delivery price will appear directly in the cart after adding the selected items. The system will automatically update the shipping cost.
