Although the pole is screwed into the floor, you can remove it whenever needed. Specially selected reusable screws allow for fast installation and removal. Once the pole is taken down, only small holes remain in the floor.

* If you have a concrete floor, drill a 6 cm deep hole into the concrete. The anchor is 3 cm long – insert it into the hole and then screw the bolt into the anchor. If you have panels over concrete, take their thickness into account when drilling and replace the screw with a longer one if necessary.

What will be the final length (including the base) of your pole?
detachable – assuming the room height is 260 cm minus 10 cm required for installation = your pole including the base will be 250 cm

This pole is CUSTOM-MADE, meaning it is manufactured to the height specified by the customer (up to 300 cm, like the Stage). Therefore, it is non-returnable.

If you are mounting the pole directly into concrete, use the included hex-head bolts compatible with a 5 mm Allen key. If there are panels or other flooring materials over the concrete, select appropriately longer screws so that the concrete anchor is embedded at least 6 cm deep, measured from the bottom of the anchor.

What is the difference between the Floor Pole and a classic single-piece pole?
The Floor Pole has been specially designed for people who cannot install a traditional single-piece pole in the ceiling – for example, due to a suspended ceiling or an exceptionally high ceiling. This model is mounted exclusively to the floor, allowing you to avoid drilling into the ceiling. You train on it just like on a single-piece pole or a Stage Pole, although it may require a short adjustment period. It’s an excellent solution if you want to practice at home in rooms where a classic ceiling-mounted pole cannot be installed.
Why is the Floor Pole the best choice for suspended ceilings?
If you have a suspended ceiling, you cannot mount a pole directly into it, which makes the Floor Pole – fixed to the floor – the best solution. Unlike the Stage Pole, the Floor Pole does not have a stage platform that limits your dance space. Thanks to its wide, stable base and smooth edges, you can freely perform tricks and train styles such as exotic pole dance without the risk of tripping over a platform. The pole does not touch the ceiling and can be shortened to match your room height, making it the most practical choice for suspended ceilings.
How is the Floor Pole installed to the floor?
Installation begins by securing the base to a concrete floor. The first setup requires drilling holes and installing anchors – ideally done by someone experienced with a drill. Subsequent assembly and disassembly are simple: just unscrew or tighten the bolts. The screws are designed for repeated use, so they do not wear out with frequent assembly. Please note that after removing the pole, six holes will remain in the floor – this is a natural part of the mounting system.
Does the Floor Pole require drilling into the ceiling?
No, the Floor Pole does not require any drilling into the ceiling, as it does not touch it at all. It is mounted exclusively to the floor, making it ideal for rooms with suspended or very high ceilings. If your room is lower, the pole can be cut to the appropriate height to perfectly fit your interior conditions. This allows you to enjoy safe training regardless of the ceiling type.
What is the minimum and maximum height of the Floor Pole?
The minimum practical height depends on comfortable training conditions – for example, at 1.90 m, training may already be limited. The maximum height of this model is 2.7 m, and you also need an additional 10 cm above the pole for installation, meaning the room must be at least 2.80 m high. If your room is lower, we will shorten the pole at no additional cost to ensure a perfect fit. Simply provide the exact measurement when placing your order.
Is the Floor Pole stable during dynamic tricks and spins?
Because the Floor Pole is mounted exclusively to the floor, the upper part – similar to a Stage Pole – may slightly sway during dynamic tricks. This is a natural phenomenon and does not affect training safety. The pole has a load capacity that allows two people to train simultaneously, so there is no risk of breakage. Proper installation is crucial: the floor must be solid concrete and the pole securely fixed with appropriate anchors. Slight movement is normal and does not interfere with pole dance training.
What type of floor is required to install the Floor Pole?
A stable concrete base with a minimum thickness of 10 cm is required to safely install the Floor Pole. Only such a foundation guarantees secure attachment of the base. If you are unsure whether your floor meets these requirements, contact us and we will help you choose the best solution. Important – underfloor heating excludes installation of the Floor Pole, as drilling could damage the heating system. If you have both a suspended ceiling and underfloor heating, the only suitable solution will be a Stage Pole, which does not require any drilling into the floor or ceiling. If your room is lower, we will shorten the Floor Pole at no additional charge.
