A horizontal calisthenics bar thoughtfully designed to complement pole dance training. This additional bar installs easily between two vertical poles, expanding your workout with pull-ups and other accessory movements that strengthen multiple muscle groups and support technique development.
The bar comes with robust mounting brackets for quick, secure attachment to the vertical poles. Each bracket supports up to 250 kg, delivering a stable setup even during intense workouts so you can focus on form, strength, and control.
To ensure a precise fit for your training space, measure as follows:
Measure the distance between the vertical poles: from the outer edge of one vertical pole to the outer edge of the other where you plan to fit the horizontal bar.
Add a margin: increase the measured value by approximately 10 centimeters so the bar extends beyond the vertical poles for easier installation and improved stability.
Example: if the distance between the outer edges of the vertical poles is 2.4 meters, the recommended bar length is 2.5 meters.

The provided processing and delivery time applies within Poland. If your order is shipped to another country within Europe, please add up to 5 additional business days to the processing/delivery time.

The delivery cost depends on the type and quantity of the ordered products. The exact delivery price is always visible in the cart before placing the order.
If your order contains both small items and large ones (e.g. poles, mats, aerial hoops), you will pay only for the delivery of the larger products — we will pack the smaller ones together with them so that you do not incur additional costs.
