Safe use guidelines
Never attach slings, daisy chains, straps, or ropes directly to the mount. Always use a carabiner and clip it into the eyelet. Inspect your straps and ropes before and after every session — especially where they contact metal hardware. The set includes two anchors for concrete mounting. If installing on a wooden ceiling or beam, make sure to choose suitable screws for the material and thickness. Ensure the entire mount sits flush against the ceiling.

IS THE CEILING MOUNT STRONG AND SAFE? WILL IT HOLD SECURELY?
Yes – the ceiling mount is made of high-quality, powder-coated steel for maximum strength and durability. It’s designed to withstand the dynamic forces of aerial training, pole fitness, or aerial hoop practice without bending or breaking. The key to safety, however, lies in proper installation and selecting the correct mounting hardware (anchors, bolts, or screws) based on your ceiling type. When installed correctly, there’s absolutely no risk of it “pulling out” – even under heavy loads.

HOW DO I INSTALL THE MOUNT ON A CONCRETE OR WOODEN CEILING?
For concrete, solid brick, or stone ceilings: use expansion sleeve anchors (minimum 5 cm long, ideally 7–10 cm). To further reinforce the installation, apply chemical concrete resin inside the drilled holes before inserting the anchors. This ensures maximum grip and long-term durability. For wooden beams: use heavy-duty wood screws designed for structural loads. Make sure the screws are the proper length and strength for your beam’s density and the equipment’s weight capacity. Always ensure the surface you’re drilling into is solid, load-bearing, and in good condition. Whether you install it yourself or hire a professional, it’s essential to verify that the mount is secure and properly anchored before using it for aerial or pole training.

Delivery time
Once your order is processed, we hand the complete and secured package to the courier, who will deliver it to the address you provided. From that moment, the delivery time depends on the carrier. We work only with trusted couriers and know the approximate delivery times:

Delivery cost at M-pole
The delivery cost depends on the type and quantity of the ordered products. The exact delivery price is always visible in the cart before placing the order.
If your order contains both small items and large ones (e.g. poles, mats, aerial hoops), you will pay only for the delivery of the larger products — we will pack the smaller ones together with them so that you do not incur additional costs.
