Use the formula:

Keep in mind:
- carabiners and swivel = approx. 30 cm
- recommended crash mat under the pole = approx. 10 cm
- safe distance from the end of the pole to the floor = 5 cm

Is the Fly Pole available in a different diameter?
The foldable Fly Pole is available exclusively in a 45 mm diameter. This universal standard works well for both beginners and advanced users. If you need a 42 mm pole, we recommend single-piece M-pole models.

Can I purchase an extension for the Fly Pole?
Yes, you can. Dedicated extensions designed specifically for the Fly Pole are available. Importantly, some extensions from the classic M-pole also fit the Fly Pole, so if you already own a set, you may be able to use your existing components.

What surface finish does the Fly Pole have?
By default, the Fly Pole features a chrome-plated finish that ensures a smooth glide. Upon request, we can also powder-coat the pole, making it more “sticky” – providing enhanced grip for users who prefer stronger hold.

How should I clean the Fly Pole?
The Fly Pole is made of chrome-coated steel, so it is best cleaned with a 50/50 solution of water and alcohol. Avoid excessive water, as over time it may lead to corrosion. You can also use specialized pole dance cleaning products that help maintain both the surface quality and grip.

If I already have a budget foldable pole for beginners, can I buy an extension and will it fit?
Yes, that is possible. If you purchase an extension with a mounting bracket, it will be fully compatible with our foldable poles. This allows you to expand your set and adjust the pole length to suit your room height.

Once your order is processed, we hand the complete and secured package to the courier, who will deliver it to the address you provided. From that moment, the delivery time depends on the carrier. We work only with trusted couriers and know the approximate delivery times:

Delivery cost at M-pole
The delivery cost depends on the type and quantity of the ordered products. The exact delivery price is always visible in the cart before placing the order.
If your order contains both small items and large ones (e.g. poles, mats, aerial hoops), you will pay only for the delivery of the larger products — we will pack the smaller ones together with them so that you do not incur additional costs.

International shipping — Europe and worldwide
M-pole ships not only within Poland, but also to all countries in Europe and most countries worldwide — including large products. The delivery price will appear directly in the cart after adding the selected items. The system will automatically update the shipping cost.
Most of our products can be ordered directly through the website. However, if a product is not available or your country does not appear in the shipping list, contact us — provide your postal code and city name, and we will check the shipping options and cost for your location.
