If before purchasing a pole you need a specific technical consultation rather than just information on which model to choose, we offer specialist support priced at 100 PLN. As part of this consultation, you benefit from our experience and know-how, and in return you receive a 100 PLN discount code for the M-Pole store, valid for any pole dance pole.
We also provide assistance after purchasing a pole, including one bought outside of M-Pole. Technical support, problem analysis, installation, or selection of components is offered at a price of 200 PLN, and the client receives a 200 PLN discount code valid for the entire M-Pole assortment, excluding grips and preparations.
We want to clearly state that our assistance is based on mutual respect. We help everyone, however free support applies to customers using M-Pole poles (also second-hand). Our help ends where someone else’s business begins – because specialist knowledge and technical responsibility have real value.
The provided processing and delivery time applies within Poland. If your order is shipped to another country within Europe, please add up to 5 additional business days to the processing/delivery time.
Remember: we begin processing your order once the payment has been credited to our bank account. Please keep this in mind when calculating delivery time!

Once your order is processed, we hand the complete and secured package to the courier, who will deliver it to the address you provided. From that moment, the delivery time depends on the carrier. We work only with trusted couriers and know the approximate delivery times:
M-pole offers product sales and shipping to all countries within Europe. To check the delivery cost, add the selected products to your cart and choose the destination country in the summary.
The delivery cost depends on the type and quantity of the ordered products. The exact delivery price is always visible in the cart before placing the order.
If your order contains both small items and large ones (e.g. poles, mats, aerial hoops), you will pay only for the delivery of the larger products — we will pack the smaller ones together with them so that you do not incur additional costs.

M-pole ships not only within Poland, but also to all countries in Europe and most countries worldwide — including large products. The delivery price will appear directly in the cart after adding the selected items. The system will automatically update the shipping cost.
Most of our products can be ordered directly through the website. However, if a product is not available or your country does not appear in the shipping list, contact us — provide your postal code and city name, and we will check the shipping options and cost for your location.
