Information about processing and delivery time
The provided processing and delivery time applies within Poland. If your order is shipped to another country within Europe, please add up to 5 additional business days to the processing/delivery time.

Folding poles – processing within 1–2 business days.
One-piece steinless steel poles – processing time provided on the product page.
Painted one-piece poles – processing time provided on the product page.
Stages, Summer Poles, Floor Poles – processing time provided on the product page.
Aerial hoops – processing within 1–2 business days.
Mats – processing within 1–5 business days.
Other products – shipping within 24 hours.
Remember: we begin processing your order once the payment has been credited to our bank account. Please keep this in mind when calculating delivery time!

Delivery time
Once your order is processed, we hand the complete and secured package to the courier, who will deliver it to the address you provided. From that moment, the delivery time depends on the carrier. We work only with trusted couriers and know the approximate delivery times:

Delivery cost at M-pole
The delivery cost depends on the type and quantity of the ordered products. The exact delivery price is always visible in the cart before placing the order.
If your order contains both small items and large ones (e.g. poles, mats, aerial hoops), you will pay only for the delivery of the larger products — we will pack the smaller ones together with them so that you do not incur additional costs.

International shipping — Europe and worldwide
M-pole ships not only within Poland, but also to all countries in Europe and most countries worldwide — including large products. The delivery price will appear directly in the cart after adding the selected items. The system will automatically update the shipping cost.
Most of our products can be ordered directly through the website. However, if a product is not available or your country does not appear in the shipping list, contact us — provide your postal code and city name, and we will check the shipping options and cost for your location.
