Does the tape damage the pole surface?
No, it doesn’t. Our silicone self-fusing tape contains no adhesive, so it won’t stick to or damage your pole – it bonds only to itself. Once applied, it forms a smooth, non-slip silicone layer that stays firmly in place thanks to tension and friction. To remove it, simply cut and peel it off — your chrome or stainless-steel pole finish will stay completely intact and scratch-free.

Is this tape suitable for regular or weekly training?
Not really. This tape is designed as a temporary grip solution — ideal for outdoor sessions, cold weather, or humid conditions when pole grip is more challenging. For regular pole dance practice, we recommend training on the bare metal pole so your skin naturally builds grip strength and tolerance over time.

How much tape do I need to wrap my pole?
Each roll is 3 meters (10 ft) long and 5 cm (2 inches) wide. With a standard 4 mm overlap, one roll typically covers about 70 cm (27 inches) of pole length (for poles 42–45 mm in diameter). Actual coverage may vary depending on how tightly and evenly you wrap it — a smaller overlap gives more length, while beginners might use a bit more. For a standard 210 cm (7 ft) dance pole, we recommend at least 3 rolls for full coverage.

Delivery Time
Once your order has been packed, we hand over the complete and secured parcel to the courier, who will deliver it to the address you provided. From that moment, the delivery time depends on the carrier. We only work with trusted delivery companies and know the estimated delivery times:
- GLS – next business day delivery
- DPD – up to 2 business days
- Parcel lockers – next business day
- Orlen Parcel – up to 2 business days
- AMBRO – up to 3–5 business days

Delivery cost at M-pole
The delivery cost depends on the type and quantity of the ordered products. The exact delivery price is always visible in the cart before placing the order.
If your order contains both small items and large ones (e.g. poles, mats, aerial hoops), you will pay only for the delivery of the larger products — we will pack the smaller ones together with them so that you do not incur additional costs.

International shipping — Europe and worldwide
M-pole ships not only within Poland, but also to all countries in Europe and most countries worldwide — including large products. The delivery price will appear directly in the cart after adding the selected items. The system will automatically update the shipping cost.
Most of our products can be ordered directly through the website. However, if a product is not available or your country does not appear in the shipping list, contact us — provide your postal code and city name, and we will check the shipping options and cost for your location.
