How to install the rainbow pole dance pole
- Assemble the pole per the manual (click system + screw)
- Position the pole where the ceiling is stable and level
- Tension the pole using the expansion screw
- Switch to static or spin using the supplied key
Setup takes just a few minutes and requires no drilling or tools beyond those included
Fixed mount is secured to the ceiling with screws. The pole itself can be removed at any time — loosen the locknut, release the expansion thread, and lift the pole out. If you order an additional fixed mount, both the tension (non-screwed) plate and the fixed mount will be in the set

DOES THE RAINBOW FINISH AFFECT GRIP?
No – the rainbow-effect pole offers the exact same grip and performance as a classic chrome pole. The only difference is visual. The surface texture and level of grip are identical, and the pole wears naturally over time just like the standard chrome version. Keep in mind that excessive use of pure alcohol or strong cleaning agents can accelerate surface wear – regardless of the finish. We recommend cleaning your pole with a soft cloth lightly dampened with a 1:1 water–alcohol solution.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A RAINBOW POLE AND A STANDARD CHROME POLE?
Only the appearance. The rainbow effect is created through a specialized double-chrome plating process that gives the metal a multicolor, iridescent shine. Technically and functionally, it’s identical to a standard chrome pole – equally strong, durable, and safe for spins, climbs, and tricks. It’s not a painted surface like some cheaper alternatives, but a metallic coating that won’t peel or chip. The rainbow is purely a visual upgrade that makes your setup stand out.

HOW DO I SWITCH THE POLE FROM STATIC TO SPIN MODE? DO I NEED TOOLS?
No special tools are required – you can switch modes in seconds using the included Allen key. At the base of the pole, there are two small screws. When tightened, they lock the pole in static mode. To switch to spin mode, simply loosen both screws completely. To return to static, tighten them again. It’s a quick, simple system that lets you alternate between static and spinning modes without disassembling the pole or using force. The entire process takes less than a minute.

DOES THE POLE COME WITH EXTENSIONS TO FIT DIFFERENT CEILING HEIGHTS?
No – each pole kit is sold as a complete set designed for a specific height range. There’s no need to buy additional extensions. Just select the version that matches your ceiling height when ordering, and your pole will fit perfectly once installed.

Once your order is processed, we hand the complete and secured package to the courier, who will deliver it to the address you provided. From that moment, the delivery time depends on the carrier. We work only with trusted couriers and know the approximate delivery times:

Delivery cost at M-pole
The delivery cost depends on the type and quantity of the ordered products. The exact delivery price is always visible in the cart before placing the order.
If your order contains both small items and large ones (e.g. poles, mats, aerial hoops), you will pay only for the delivery of the larger products — we will pack the smaller ones together with them so that you do not incur additional costs.

M-pole ships not only within Poland, but also to all countries in Europe and most countries worldwide — including large products. The delivery price will appear directly in the cart after adding the selected items. The system will automatically update the shipping cost.
