Foam type explanations

• T35 – upholstery foam with 35 kg/m³ density – lightweight, well-cushioned, durable.
• R70 – rebonded foam, 70 kg/m³ density – heavier, similar firmness.
• T70 – polyethylene foam, used in 4 cm mats, similar in properties to foam puzzle mats.

During use, the velcro strips should face the floor. This ensures safety and prevents damage to the joints. Not following these instructions may void the warranty.

Mats are vacuum-packed to save space and reduce shipping costs. Delivery is handled by GLS, both in Poland and abroad. The lead time is shown on the product page.

Yes! At M-pole we offer around 10 different mat colors, available immediately from stock. Darker colors are easier to keep clean, but any color can be easily wiped down regularly.

❓ How to care for a pole dance mat?

Store the mat in a dry place so the foam doesn’t absorb moisture. The leatherette cover can be cleaned with a damp cloth and alcohol or disinfectant. If needed, it can be washed at 30 °C without spinning.

❓ How long will the mat last?
