Velcro removable, stick-on protectors are always worth having when....

• you've already put on your shoes and find you need to put on your protectors,
• you hadn't planned on needing them and in the middle of a training session it would be nice to be able to put them on,
• you want to be able to take them off at any time. 

The protectors have dots of rubber to increase the adhesion of the knee pad to the pole. They are dedicated to Exotic pole dance also with elements on the pole. 

The velcro at the back can cause chafing when used for a long time on "bare" skin, so we recommend using them temporarily or over leggings. The protectors are elasticated, meaning they are easy to fit to the knee, so we recommend a size smaller.... They will definitely stretch.

They are filled not with foam but with rubber - a synthetic rubber that does not permanently compress, but returns to its previous form after deformation.

Advantages of rubber infill:

• it is very flexible
• stretching of the rubber when bending the knee does not result in reduced protection
• high density of approx. 120 kg/m3, while foam is 20-30 kg/m 3
• does not crumple - returns to its original shape

They have a cut-out hole at the back on the bend, which makes it easier to bend the knee, as well as lacquered eco leather, so the area under the knee stays on the pole. A professional alternative to bandages or elastic bands.

The type of material used to sew the protectors should be matched to the type of filling. Rubber padding is heavier than foam padding, so requires a more robust material to support the pad on the knee. Knee pads may not work properly on the leg when mismatched materials are used. You may notice that soft foam pads, although they look neat on the leg, may not perform their protective function.
