However, to make the process easier for both you and us, please follow the steps below.
1. We accept complaint submissions by e-mail at sklep@m-pole.pl
2. If the issue concerns the pole or technical matters, we forward the case to the appropriate person. We often ask for videos and photos, so you may send them right away to show the problem.
3. In the complaint submission, please include your first and last name and the order number.
4. We send our response to the complaint by e-mail
The shipping cost is usually covered by the buyer. If we accept the complaint, we then refund the shipping cost. If we approve the complaint before the product is returned to us, we collect the product at our expense. This is why prior e-mail contact is so important.
