Information About Order Processing and Delivery Time

The stated processing and delivery times apply within Poland. If your order is shipped to another country within Europe, please add up to 5 business days to the processing/delivery time.

Product Preparation Time for Shipment:

• Foldable poles – packed for shipment within 1–2 business days
• One-piece poles – waiting time specified on the product page.
• Powder-coated one-piece poles – waiting time specified on the product page.
• Aerial hoops – packed for shipment within 1–2 business days.
• Mats – packed for shipment within 1–5 business days.
• Aerial silks and hammocks – packed for shipment within 1–2 business days.
• Other products – shipped within 24 hours.

Please note: we begin processing your order once the payment has been received in our bank account. Please take this into account when estimating the delivery time!

Delivery Time

Once your order has been packed, we hand over the complete and secured parcel to the courier, who will deliver it to the address you provided. From that moment, the delivery time depends on the carrier. We only work with trusted delivery companies and know the estimated delivery times:

• GLS – next business day delivery
• DPD – up to 2 business days
• Parcel lockers – next business day
• Orlen Parcel – up to 2 business days
• AMBRO – up to 3–5 business days

M-pole offers sales and shipping to all countries within Europe. To check the delivery cost, add selected products to your cart and choose the destination country in the order summary. If your delivery country does not appear on the list or you cannot see the shipping costs, please contact us. Some products require an individual shipping quote.
