Rope mounting system for poles - Pole4you

Pole4You poles mounting system is recommended when it is not possible to fix the pole to the ceiling. This type of attachment is reliable and fairly easy to reassemble (the ropes must have a suitable and solid place for hooking).

This pole fastening option is often used:

• for fixing pipes on stage
• in professional dance studios
• in sports camps
• when installing the pipe on the street
• when assembling a pipe in a circus

Requirements for installing a cable system to secure the pole:

• recommended minimum poles height = 3 m.
• If the cables are secured to the ground (below the level of the upper fastening), the minimum recommended poles height is 3.5 m.
• Average load of each rope or winch = 400 kg.
• The cable attachment angle (divergence seen from above) must be the same. With 3 wire mounting = 120 degrees, with 4 wire mounting = 90 degrees.
• If it is not possible to fasten the lower base to the floor, the points for attaching the ropes (winches) to the walls must be below the level of the upper poles fastening! The lower this point, the less the cables can be stretched.
• If you cannot pull the poles to the floor or attach the lower base to the floor, it is advisable to use the enlarged lower base by gluing it to the floor (double-sided tape can do the trick too).

• 8 cable clamps to terminate (cable bending and crimping)
• two top plates - adapter

Chain, longer ropes, winches and slings are available upon request.
